With my Grüns, I place a package in my lunchbox and eat them as a snack in the morning! I love the way they taste and feel - plus they're great for my digestive system! Im regular, that wasn't happening before (while taking a GLP-1), and I do feel more energetic throughout the day. Personally, I feel more refreshed and my thoughts are less cloudy, and my skin has a nice glow that ive noticed. Very pleased with the results so far, looking forward to the next steps!

For some reason, they tend to make me feel a little ill so I always forget them or try multiple types and end up wasting my money. These are wonderful! These convenient packs (that I can throw my back pocket during recess), have been a huge blessing in making my gut feel better and getting my daily nutrients. I haven't been taking these for long to notice a difference. I was shocked at the taste at first. I wouldn't call it a gummy but the texture reminds me of a fruit roll up. Taste is okay not the aftertaste stays for so so long that I don't look forward to taking them as much as I'd hoped.

When I saw the vitamins that Grüns make I thought I would give it a try. I was very surprised that these vitamins taste excellent and that it my body does not react like it used to. The taste is just okay in my opinion. The number of gummies in a serving is pretty extreme. I'm going to keep trying them for awhile longer.

The original ones… I had to get used to that taste, I'm not even going to lie. But the mango ones? I like those, and they seem to work better for me too. I'm going to keep taking them.
