I feel like I have more energy, clear thinking, and it always helps to have a packet with me at all times. The hardest part it pacing yourself because they taste wonderful.

I got them to try a green smoothie and they liked it for 12 seconds before it was "icky" these they think are "green candy" and I use them as a treat at the end of the day if they got a good report at school and were respectful etc. Its been working great and it does seem like its helping my kids behavior too...

I then went down to four gummy‘s, but the results were no different. I have not thrown them out, but I am trying another product right now to see how that one works.
