Initially, the cost appeared somewhat high, but upon comparing it with similar products offering comparable nutritional value, it became evident that Gruns provides superior value. My personal journey with Gruns began due to being on a GLP-1 medication and a desire to ensure adequate nutrient intake. Interestingly, my husband, who is not on GLP-1, has also experienced positive outcomes, such as relief from constipation and stomach discomfort, which he previously attributed to medications for a severe low back injury sustained years ago. Overall, we are both very satisfied with the taste, convenience, and the benefits we have observed while incorporating Gruns into our routine.

Since I started taking this multivitamin supplement, there is considerable improvement in my energy level. I would take it just after my lunch. It is really helping me with my bowel movement. Constipation was my main problem since I happen to be on Wegovy injection. Now I can breathe a sigh of relief.

We loved the special edition holiday flavor, but are not huge fans of the regular. The convenience of the gummy and the individual packaging is a plus.

I found these to be sticky and in every packet, the gummies were clumped together. Also, several of the packets were short of gummies. Several had only four gummies. One packet only had two gummies! Quality Control needed badly. How do I get a refund or a replacement??
