The truth is that I had a history of bowel issues from ulcerative colitis, with constipation/diarrhea going in. The taste ( fruity with apple top notes 😂) is great, the consistency is different from gummie bears (duh, it’s not candy) but it’s really good too. Just chewy enough, doesn’t glue your teeth together when you bite down on them. Love them! I’m always a little sad to realize I ate the last one in the packet… but, there’s always tomorrow to look forward to!
