I feel like I'm getting some digestive benefits now too, but they say you won't really get those until 60 days. The original flavor is decent, but I like the mango ones that I got more. They're kind of an acquired taste, but I do find myself wanting another one a few minutes after I eat the whole pack. I'm definitely glad I decided to try these!

Saw so many videos raving about these that I thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I only bought the trial size with 3 packets because I couldn't even finish the one I tried. I cant even deacribe how weird the taste of these is. It's somewhere between chalky and dusty and the aftertaste didnt go away forever (I even ate dinner and I could still taste it). I dont know why so many people rave about these. I wouldnt wven give them to my coworker that I can't stand.

So I has seen gruns advertised on social media for a few months and just so happens I went out for sushi and I was so backed up for 2 days so I was like let's give this a try. And I am so happy!!! Not only does it keep me regular but it makes me feel healthier. I love that it is a multi vitamin that is fun and easy to eat. I am very bad about incorporating new supplements into my routine but the individual packets and candy like vitamin make it fun and easy to take 😃
