My hair and nails are thicker on hair longer on nails. I’m 69 my bloodwork has never been better as what the doctor says. Overall it is the Absolute Best thing you can do for yourself.

You actually have more energy and just feel better throughout your day. I always notice if I forget to take them just by how tired I feel. Everyone that comes to our house we give them a handful of packets to take and try and they always follow up with us saying they are hooked. Highly recommend if you live in the Northwest and these grey skies make you sluggish, this stuff really does help!

Still like the product but so far this month every daily pack is all stuck together and very sticky. So disappounted with the mess and stickiness. Still taking them as I believe they are beneficial but I hope my other two packages aren’t like this.

I LOVE how I feel when I eat them every day, but I hate chewing gummies every day because I’m NOT a sugar/candy/chew kinda person. I don’t like candy and I don’t like having to eat a bag full of gummies every day. If y’all could make a capsule filled with the Gruns fabulous ingredients… I’d be a customer for life!! Not sure of the benefits yet since it's only been about a week or two since I've started taking them. We'll see. They truly taste good and are not chalky. I don't know how to describe the flavor other than "sorta sweet" but not too sweet to make you feel bad about eating them. Anyway, they're a win for me.

The taste is good, the texture is firm but chewy (close to a Swedish fish consistency), and they’re great as a standalone snack or with a meal. I’ve tried them at all different times of day, and I haven’t settled on a set time. Not sure if I will, actually. I like just seeing when I’m in the mood for them. I’m looking forward to the coming weeks and seeing what positive changes I’m feeling in my body. Would recommend!
