I felt a noticeable difference in my energy levels and my cognitive functioning after about 10 days. I'm post-menopausal and have been experiencing brain fog for a while to the point it was starting to impact my work. I'm also on the weight-loss shots and was concerned about getting enough nutrients because I seemed to be increasingly tired. About the 10th day, I actually realized I was not feeling tired at all and hadn't had any "What was I just saying" brain-fog moments for a few days! This could all be coincidental, but the only thing I changed during this last two weeks is taking the Gruns. So I will definitely keep ordering!
