My personal journey with Gruns began due to being on a GLP-1 medication and a desire to ensure adequate nutrient intake. Interestingly, my husband, who is not on GLP-1, has also experienced positive outcomes, such as relief from constipation and stomach discomfort, which he previously attributed to medications for a severe low back injury sustained years ago. Overall, we are both very satisfied with the taste, convenience, and the benefits we have observed while incorporating Gruns into our routine.
