[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These taste absolutely terrible. However, after starting a GLP-1 and taking these i have had ZERO side effects from the GLP-1. I haven't been taking either the Gruns or the GLP-1 for very long, but after researching on reddit, Gruns were highly recommended to combat the side effects of a GLP-1. They shipped super fast which was great. Despite the bad taste, I feel like the health benefits far outweigh the few minutes of nasty mouth taste. Highly recommend!

I’m getting married in October so I decided to start a healthy trend and these have really improved my bowel movements most importantly, but also I see that my nails are getting longer and stronger and growing better. The gummy’s also very yummy tree.

But with Grunz I actually look forward to my daily pack. It’s comforting knowing that I’m getting all the good stuff that my diet is lacking and TMI they help me poop. Instantly the taste was 100 times better, they are a gummy so nothing to keep in the fridge or mix and I can keep a pack on me. Best thing is that I noticed a difference from the start, I felt more energy then a B12 shot. Definitely worth the try!!!
