I always lack in getting my fiber, and I love that these have 6g of fiber in them. It's still so hard not to grab another package and I have to admit maybe once or twice I have had two packages in one day🙌

Having chronic kidney disease most my life and the need to take several medications greatly affects my digestive system. These little packages of joy have made a difference, AND they don't interfere with my medications.

I would like to love this product but it was causing chronic diarrhea so at my Physicians insistence I have stopped taking the Grun product. With this being said, I have to cancel my subscription. Thank you for every effort taken in this matter. Sincerely ~ Grace Toland
