I have consistently taken them everyday for 6 weeks and the results have really worked!! My sugar cravings aren't near as prevalent through out the day and my bloating has diminished significantly! They do make me gassey, however I think that is why I am not bloating as much. The taste is like eating a gummie sugar treat without the negative effects of grocery store gummies! I split them up and eat four in the morning and four in the afternoon. This has helpedbme with the midday crashes and sugar cravings! Excellent product that I will continue to rave about!!!

My subscription is coming too fast though, because I ordered in some of the lemonade version and some of the Grinch version. The Grinch version was OK. I was fine with it except they were all stuck together in a ball and I’m finding the same thing with the lemonade and it does not taste great so I’m not a fan of that one at all. But like I said, the regular flavor of is fantastic! I just need to figure out how to slow it down for a little bit.
