I don't love that some packages are stickier and have more “gel” with them. But it's still not bad. I'd just like them to be more consistent for the price. I'd recommend them.

This takes care of that. I also love that these taste natural and are not coated in sugar like other gummy vitamins.

I do feel like I have more energy during the day and that's what I was hoping to gain from these so I am satisfied with my purchase. I was also hoping to experience the “more regular” outcome that these gummies advertise, but I have not noticed that effect yet. I am hopeful that with a bit more time I will see that result as well. The biggest thing I've noticed is an improvement in digestion. They are great for my picky son who doesn't get the nutrition he needs from his food.
