The 2nd thing I noticed was an increase in energy. Especially helpful since I took on a 2nd job. I like the added nutrients because as of late, it’s been hard to remember to eat my veggies. The downside- cost.

I did switch to the sugar free because I also purchased the sugar free Nűtrops and loved the flavor and texture better than the regular so I switched to the sugar free Grűns also and they are delicious! I have noticed how much better my gut feels and how “regular” I am now. I just feel better since I started taking them. I have been able to eliminate several supplements I was taking because they are all in the Grűns!!! The cost of the Grűns is much less than the cost of the vitamins and supplements I was taking.

I had heard of them before however, my sister came to visit and she was taking Grüns so I tried them and order immediately.My diet is good however I am on GLP-1 medication’s and they make life just a little bit better.
