After a few months on GLP-1 meds we tried the fiber, the probiotics, the prebiotics. You name it, we tried it. Gruns have been a lifesaver for my husband and myself. We feel so much better. Improved bowels without cramping, gas, and no laxative effects. All the other dietary benefits they offer make them even better. And they taste like real fruit gummies!
