[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I've only been taking Gruns for a short time but I intend to continue taking them for a while longer since then no way upset my stomach like so many other supplements do. Taste is very good and they're so easy to take no need to mix and water or choke down nasty green shakes. The only complaint I have at this point is there way too sweet there's too much sugar in them. I'll try a sugar-free next time but I have to research the artificial sweeteners that they are using first. I will laud them for not using sugar alcohols!

First, it includes a comprehensive list of nutrients, many of which are lacking in my diet and then it also adds more that I wasn't taking before. I have found that I am more regular in my bathroom issues. I have always had issues with that. That in itself is the main reason that I use them. But also knowing that I get my supply of greens etc is also a perk.
