I do have noticeably more energy since starting these, I’ve been taking them almost 2 months now. The first month they did cause gas, but that has now passed thankfully. They taste ok, not delicious, but not bad either. They do seem to help my digestion too. I will continue to take these as my daily multivitamin, as I have taken a multivitamin for years, and just switched to this one because of my digestive issues.

I feel more energetic, I'm no longer bloated and while I know this isn't for weightloss, I have lost 11 pounds since starting. I believe its because cravings are minimal now and for the first time ever I'm "regular". They aren't my favorite as far as taste, but you also don't get the vitamin "burps" after so it's fine. They aren't bad tasting, just different. When I ordered it figured I'd try the 3 month supply and if I didn't see any results I'd cancel. We'll I'm not canceling, so far its going well.

The flavor is ok, not horrible. The only issue I have had is some slight indigestion, whether I take them at night or in the morning. So worth it though!!
