I started GLP-1 a week later and ordered some for myself. They have kept me regular, which I really appreciate. I take them daily and look forward to it.

When I noticed that they are all sold in retail stores and decided to give them a try. Bought them a few time and was quickly impressed with 1) becoming for regular, 2) having more energy, and 3) feeling better overall. While the sugar free aren't all that tasty (reminds me of geritol- iron forward), I love the delivery system. My guy does too.

I was taking a GLP1 at the time so I think that had some to do with it not tasting great. I am now off of the medicine and I have no problem eating them along with my breakfast. I have tried a lot of different greens… Gummies and powders, and they always taste earthy and, well, like greens. Just a little hard to get down. These are actually delicious. I’m laughing as I say this because mid morning when I’m feeling a little snacky, I just go grab my Grüns and it sort of satisfies my sweet tooth but then I get my health on. It also does not give me any stomach upset. I don’t know if it’s the filler in other supplements or just all of the vitamins but sometimes they don’t sit well. These are 100% across the board. I am feeling good and I’m also a girl that has a little struggle with regularity. Seems to be some changes with that as well. So far, I’m thrilled!

I recommend not taking them on an empty stomach. Like vitamins it can cause intestinal distress. The taste is ok. Not horrible but not yummy.
