We definitely notice a difference in our bathroom habits, but I don't know if they have made a huge difference in anything else. The flavor gets bleh after a while, and the limited flavors only last so long so there isn't much variety so we feel kind of burnt out with them.

But the way i feel today is amazing. I have more energy, than i have had in a long. The easiest way to take any supplement. 1pack a day. Not a drink. Not a shake. Not powder. They taste amazing. I tell everyone give them try. The price is amazing. I have them for daughters now. Even they love the taste. For a 4 yr and 5yr old its almost impossible to get them to eat anything healthy. The regular flavor is delicious (as was the mango sorbet limited edition flavor). The texture is nearly perfect. They feel natural and not like gooey pectin sugar gelatin garbage, but enough like a “normal” gummy snack you don’t really feel like you’re having a supplement. I’m on “the shot” and they have done wonders for my digestion. I’ve turned several friends who are also on weight loss shots onto them. The fiber keeps things moving and doesn’t upset my stomach. I definitely recommend these to anyone looking to supplement their diet in an easy, enjoyable and healthy way and would say it’s a must if you’re on “the shot”!!

What I've noticed right away is that being on a GLP-1 is that I feel less sluggish and there have been zero bathroom issues. So glad I tried these. I'll definitely keep taking these for the long haul!
