My daughter who’s 36 tried when she said she didn’t care for them. My granddaughter tried them because she likes Gummies and she did not care for them, but we all agree. They are cute.

After day 2 my husband came home and said hey have you noticed the energy these new gummies give you? I said yep and he said have you noticed how you don’t have the mid day munchies anymore. I purchased gruns based on the reviews I read and am glad I did. Not only did I not have nausea I also didn’t have constipation. I have lost weight by using portion control and eating a high protein/fiber diet. I can’t imagine being on a glp1 without taking gruns which is high in vitamins and minerals that I will need to make this endeavor successful. Good luck on your journey, and buy you some gruns.
