I finally picked up a sample pack during the holidays just to try it out and I went back the next week for more. I love these vitamins, especially because they are gummies. I have a hard time swallowing pills. I love that I don't have to have 5 different vitamin bottles to open. The amount of benefits and supplements in these vitamins is amazing!

The first couple days I ate the full packet in the morning but noticed a feeling drained or fatigued my late afternoon. I started. Taking 4 in the morning then 4 after lunch and it keeps me feeling great all day. Then my bed time I am ready for bed and sleep great.
