I tried Gruns, and after the first week was feeling so much better! After the second month I tried a different vitamin and my problems came back. My digestion does seem to be more in line, rather than fluctuant while taking GLP1. This is my primary reason for trying Grüns, so it’s a nice thing to see. Time will tell though. As for quality and enjoyment, the taste and texture of the gummies are very good, like the blue and white shark gummies from the 90s, that I loved so much. Packaging is a little excessive, but perfect for my lifestyle of convenience. Planning on continuing long-term as long as I get the digestive benefits!

But recently I was told I had to temporarily stop taking all vitamins prior to a surgery.
