I have greens powders from other well-known brads but can’t get them down unless they’re in a smoothie. Happy to say that I haven’t missed a greens day since Gruns. I look forward to them and they are keeping me more regular. Note, I am not on a GLP 1,I’ve just always struggled with regularity.
