I love to cook chicken breasts and spaghetti sauce with this light oil. I find the recipes simply taste better. The Pompeian Extra Light olive oil is perfect for cooking because it doesn't have that strong olive oil taste to it and doesn't overpower whatever I'm cooking it with. It's also good drizzled on some bread or lightly on some vegetables too if you're wanting a lighter taste than normal. I would definitely recommend Pompeian brand.
