I have really enjoyed cooking with this oil. It is good for baking also because it's not so strong. I also use this for unconventional use on my skin also. It gives me great moisture.

This Pompeii Olive oil is light, no residue and way better for anyone's health. I substitute olive oil in brownies, cakes, basically everything. The best part is its from the Mediterranean and that makes it pure in taste and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pompeian Olive oil with extra light tasting is my absolute favorite. I don’t like the taste of Olive Oil on my food, but love cooking with it. The flavor was extra light and wasn’t tasted at all. This is a great product to cook with. I used the extra light tasting olive oil on some salmon filets that I seasoned and cooked in the air fryer. They cooked perfectly and the seasoning could be tasted over the olive oil.

The flavor is as it says, light, but with a hint of olive oil taste. Salad dressing with this is 10/10! Everyone has their own opinion about olive oil and the right uses, but this is my go-to every day olive oil.

So far this has been the best tasting olive oil I’ve found, I'm not real fond of the olive oil flavor in general but this lighter formula is perfect for me. The flavor is mild and not overwhelming, I'll be sticking with this one for now on.

I dont like how most olive oils tend too have a oil taste / tend too not be as organic or fresh . But this olive oil is different it has a nice feesh taste too it .
