It has that perfect balance of well tasting olive oil, but light enough to enjoy. The bottle has a easy-pour lid, and best of all it does not spill :)

So far this has been the best tasting olive oil I’ve found, I'm not real fond of the olive oil flavor in general but this lighter formula is perfect for me. The flavor is mild and not overwhelming, I'll be sticking with this one for now on.

We use olive oil for everything, this is especially good for salads and sauces as it is light in flavor so not to overwhelm other flavors. It is also great for sauteing and slow cooking.
