This oil allows me to get my dose of healthy fats, without the strong flavor of regular olive oil. My favorite way to use this oil is to make dressings. I could never make a dressing that I liked using full flavor olive oil. The taste always over powered the dressing. This oil, however, blends perfectly with my other ingredients to make the perfect dressing. If you're like me and you don't care for the flavor of olive oil, but still want the benefits, give Pompeian Extra light Tasting Olive Oil a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pompeian Olive oil with extra light tasting is my absolute favorite. I don’t like the taste of Olive Oil on my food, but love cooking with it. The flavor was extra light and wasn’t tasted at all. This is a great product to cook with. I used the extra light tasting olive oil on some salmon filets that I seasoned and cooked in the air fryer. They cooked perfectly and the seasoning could be tasted over the olive oil.
