It is great for salad dressings as the light flavor lets the other ingredients shine. I also like to use this for sautéing meats and vegetables. This is a great all around olive oil, if you are looking for something with a light flavor. It works very well for my style of cooking.

I also tried making mayo with it and it worked well too! definitely would buy again

It has that perfect balance of well tasting olive oil, but light enough to enjoy. The bottle has a easy-pour lid, and best of all it does not spill :)
