I love to cook chicken breasts and spaghetti sauce with this light oil. I find the recipes simply taste better. I tend to use this extra light olive oil several times a week when preparing meals for my family. It is delicious, and a healthy cooking choice. The flavor was extra light and wasn’t tasted at all. This is a great product to cook with. I used the extra light tasting olive oil on some salmon filets that I seasoned and cooked in the air fryer. They cooked perfectly and the seasoning could be tasted over the olive oil.
