[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the flavor of olives at all so, when picking my olive oil it can't have a robust flavor. I love this oil, because you get all of the benefits without the string flavor. It is reasonable priced aND easy to find.

I guess it just doesn't have as much fat as the regular olive oil. I will recommend it to my family and friends of course.

The Pompeian Extra Light olive oil is perfect for cooking because it doesn't have that strong olive oil taste to it and doesn't overpower whatever I'm cooking it with. It's also good drizzled on some bread or lightly on some vegetables too if you're wanting a lighter taste than normal. I would definitely recommend Pompeian brand.

I have really enjoyed cooking with this oil. It is good for baking also because it's not so strong. I also use this for unconventional use on my skin also. It gives me great moisture.

This is a great lighter oil that doesn't have any weird after tastes. We usually use this for stir fry and pasta salads but I imagine this would be great for breads and salads as well. A good olive oil to use at higher temperatures that other olive oils can't handle.
