I like the mild taste of Pompeian extra light tasting oil. As it doesn't overpower the taste of the food. I love its versatile use in the cooking. I have used it for frying and sauteeing and it works great. This is a good oil for everyday cooking purpose.

If you want healthier olive oil in place of corn oil, canola oil, etc., this will be good for most applications that involve pan frying, or adding oil to a richly flavored dish. It is not for high-temperature use like deep frying, or coating baking sheets. And it's not for baking sweets, though it will work quite well for hearty bread.

I also tried making mayo with it and it worked well too! definitely would buy again
