I also tried making mayo with it and it worked well too! definitely would buy again

So far this has been the best tasting olive oil I’ve found, I'm not real fond of the olive oil flavor in general but this lighter formula is perfect for me. The flavor is mild and not overwhelming, I'll be sticking with this one for now on.

I make a Greek dressing by adding some spices and red wine vinegar to the olive oil. It’s also great for dipping with some grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
