I use it for everything from stir fry, sautéing, frying and in place of butter. It's great to use when I need to cook on high heat because I don't have an issue with it burning. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pompeian Olive oil with extra light tasting is my absolute favorite. I don’t like the taste of Olive Oil on my food, but love cooking with it. The flavor was extra light and wasn’t tasted at all. This is a great product to cook with. I used the extra light tasting olive oil on some salmon filets that I seasoned and cooked in the air fryer. They cooked perfectly and the seasoning could be tasted over the olive oil.

I make a Greek dressing by adding some spices and red wine vinegar to the olive oil. It’s also great for dipping with some grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper. I like using it for stir frying because it doesn’t smoke. It’s flavor is light and mild it doesn’t over power the flavor of the veggies.
