[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Pompeian oil has a nice light clean taste. I prefer this over most other stronger tasting olive oils. It also works well for cooking like a traditional olive oil. I would recommend buying. It a good around choice.

If you want healthier olive oil in place of corn oil, canola oil, etc., this will be good for most applications that involve pan frying, or adding oil to a richly flavored dish. It is not for high-temperature use like deep frying, or coating baking sheets. And it's not for baking sweets, though it will work quite well for hearty bread.

This is a great lighter oil that doesn't have any weird after tastes. We usually use this for stir fry and pasta salads but I imagine this would be great for breads and salads as well. A good olive oil to use at higher temperatures that other olive oils can't handle.

The flavor is as it says, light, but with a hint of olive oil taste. Salad dressing with this is 10/10! Everyone has their own opinion about olive oil and the right uses, but this is my go-to every day olive oil.

The quality is great and one bottle goes a long way because you don't really need much at a time for cooking. This also tasted wonderful for making a vinaigrette for my salads as well!
