I dont like how most olive oils tend too have a oil taste / tend too not be as organic or fresh . But this olive oil is different it has a nice feesh taste too it .

I make a Greek dressing by adding some spices and red wine vinegar to the olive oil. It’s also great for dipping with some grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper. I like using it for stir frying because it doesn’t smoke. It’s flavor is light and mild it doesn’t over power the flavor of the veggies.

The taste is just as overbearing as typical olive oil but it is a good quality. It’s great for other items that don’t require reduced taste

The Pompeian Extra Light olive oil is perfect for cooking because it doesn't have that strong olive oil taste to it and doesn't overpower whatever I'm cooking it with. It's also good drizzled on some bread or lightly on some vegetables too if you're wanting a lighter taste than normal. I would definitely recommend Pompeian brand.

This Pompeii Olive oil is light, no residue and way better for anyone's health. I substitute olive oil in brownies, cakes, basically everything. The quality is great and one bottle goes a long way because you don't really need much at a time for cooking. This also tasted wonderful for making a vinaigrette for my salads as well! I also tried making mayo with it and it worked well too! definitely would buy again
