The quality is great and one bottle goes a long way because you don't really need much at a time for cooking. This also tasted wonderful for making a vinaigrette for my salads as well! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love this light olive oil. Honestly, when I'm trying to eat healthier but want that fried taste, it's not easy to find a better option. I love putting this oil in a marinade for chicken breasts, letting it soak for several hours and then air fry it. Oh man, that's good stuff!! I was surprised to find the color of the oil was light when olives I usually encounter are green so I'm wondering what the process involved there. Nevertheless, this is a better alternative and still tasty without tasting the olive. Highly encourage you to give it a try!
