I love putting this oil in a marinade for chicken breasts, letting it soak for several hours and then air fry it. Oh man, that's good stuff!! I was surprised to find the color of the oil was light when olives I usually encounter are green so I'm wondering what the process involved there. Nevertheless, this is a better alternative and still tasty without tasting the olive. Highly encourage you to give it a try!
