This item is worth the purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has great pictures quality, amazing sound system. Good quality speakers, if you use it for a bedroom you don't need a surround set...I recommend getting this product. I want to upgrade my 50" nxt year.

I love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge fan of Samsung products. I had a 32 & 40 inch that are a few years old still working well, so I ordered this for my den. The picture is crystal clear (just like the name). It was a breeze to set up & the remote is very responsive. I did have some lag issues when changing channels or streaming platforms but discovered it was my wifi. I hardwired the TV to my internet router and there was no more lag. Thanks for the great products Samsung.

Decent price, fair # of annoyances

Back of the tv was partially detached at delivery. It made the ports difficult to access; the back can be popped back on if you're very careful but doesn't stop it from recurring. Samsun live tv is the default screen, NOT home, and will kick you out of what you're attempting to do to revert to it. I've also had this tv give me the known red screen issues less than a week after delivery. Not great.

Great all around tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture resolution is put of this world compared to the previous flat screen TV i had! It was a "dumb tv" and this one has all the bells and whistles! Colors are brighter and more vivid! The TV looks great in my living room and I feel great that you can add parental control to it for the kids!

Color and clarity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use the 3 Samsung TV as a computer monitors. It mount portrait 3 50in. Started with TU690T got other brands twice because it was cheaper. But ended returning it the minute it was side by side with Samsung. Black looks blacks and most other have some sort of grain at an angle. Samsung is clear no matter the angle. So I ended with 3 50in TU690, TU700, and U7900.

Permanent captions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a longtime diehard Samsung fan so I was happy to be gifted this TV however from day one, there are captions/subtitles for every show. Annoying! I haven't them switched off in the controls. I checked online and some recommended unplugging then plugging back in after a few minutes. No joy so this television is NEVER watched.

Great picture, great sound, bad controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly despise how this TV works at times. The picture and sound is amazing, but it relentlessly turns Game Mode on when it has been switched to off. This destroys picture quality and changes settings I dont want changed. I absolutely hate the Game Mode and wish there was a way to fully remove it.

58" Crystal UHD

Clear picture

My old TV is also a samsung and still works great i just wanted to get a bigger one. Samsung tvs are reliable and excellent quality. The price on this website beats the price on any other website.

Need more hdmi ports

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't have the connection for optical to conect your soround system and only has 2 port for HDMI that was unexpected but has the option to connect your sound bar via Bluetooth but when you turn off the TV the bar stays on in search for Bluetooth device to conect. Bummer
