The Picture.....OMG !!!

But with buying online, I was a bit apprehensive. Let's just say there was no need to be, one of the best pictures I've seen to date ! Sharpness is incredible, color is unmatched. A true winner.

Satisfied customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the bright and sharp screen. Our only complaint is that we can't connect a DVD player to the tv. We have Roku plugged in so there's no where to plug in a DVD player. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

It's a BLUR

Don't buy this TV if you watch sports. Everything has tracers and not clear during a game. The 60 refresh rate is wholly Insufficient. Idk how you can make a tv that literally doesn't show a clear picture. I understand the price Point but as consumer I am counting on th tv to show a clear picture, not the best but clear. This tv does NOT do that. I have a 65” TCL with the same 60 refresh rate and NEVER has this problem. If I could do it over I would spend whatever is needed to get at least a 120 refresh rate

One my best buys yet

Iwear Galaxy buds when watching so i can pause any live stream shows. Lose my remote a bit. Will definitely get another set later on

Poor build quality - Frame detached and ruined the

"I am extremely disappointed with this 75" Crystal TV. Only 19 days after purchase, the bezel (frame) started detaching from the panel due to a clear adhesive failure. This manufacturing defect caused internal pressure that eventually cracked the screen. Despite the TV being brand new and still having the original protective plastics, Samsung refused to honor the warranty, claiming 'physical damage' instead of acknowledging their structural design flaw. Do not buy if you expect durability or a fair warranty process."

Good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the samsung 4k tv's except they are taking away more and more ways to hook other devices up. I always liked the hook up options like my surround sound stereo but not everything has bluetooth and using my optical cable for sound was ideal for this Now i have to buy a bluetooth soundbar that goes with this television. That's my only complaint on these otherwise great tv's. They also have a lifespan of about 5 years and that's about it.

Great picture but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV. Has all the features I wanted. The only issue I have encountered is the wifi signal will just drop. Everything else in my house works fine. In fact the FireTv Stick I have attached to it works too. I have to go into the wifi settings and reset the connection to get it to reconnect. Overall a decent TV.
