I really appreciate this TV and everything it has to offer. The technology and features are impressive, and overall it has been very easy to use. The picture quality is phenomenal and really makes whatever you're watching feel more immersive. The only area I feel could be better is the volume. The built-in speakers aren't quite as strong as I would like, but that's something that can easily be fixed with a soundbar, so it isn't a major issue for me. Setting everything up was simple, and I also really like how easy it is to connect your phone and use it as a remote. Even without using your phone, navigating through the TV's menus and apps is straightforward. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the TV. Between the picture quality, features, and ease of use, it has been a great addition to the house.

All right so I'm some guy I'm someone who watch movies series a lot so like me watching them on the TV it's really interesting because like all the it's really big because my service is really big and the screen wise is very nice The brightness the colors everything is really really nice so yeah I love it andYeah probably in the future I mean I am gonna recommend Samsung TVs to other people so yeah

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a lifelong Samsung customer, I have 6 smart TV’s five of them are Samsung and the other one is a cheaper brand with a Google core. I note that because despite all the free channels advertised you’re not able to access them without signing into Google, I’m old school and I find that an invasion of privacy. Samsung TV’s offer free access with no restrictions plus they offer unique features like screensaver options etc. The picture quality has always been great and the remote controls have stayed uniform so you don’t feel like you’re constantly having to learn how to navigate the simple task of watching your TV. I’ll always stick with the Samsung.

I've owned a couple of samsungs and other brands of tv's but nothing compares to Samsungs screen quality and the user interface it's just like having a phone in your pocket I've been able to get every app I want unlike other brands.

This is a TV for people who have never had a better TV or don't know/don't care about TV. I own a QLED, this U series was given as a house warming gift and it is quite possibly the worst TV I've ever owned. The software is slow as molasses - always a 2 second delay after any button press. The software is constantly shoving certain content in your face (why is Fox News a permanent tile on the home page?). Twitch app can only be used from the asinine gaming page, and cannot be added to the list of apps on the home page. So every time I want to watch Twitch the quickest way is to go to recent searches and open it there. Horrid UX. Absolutely hate this TV and can't wait to replace it. So in short, if you're looking for an absolute piece of trash then look no further.

Being able to switch between different modes like movie, dynamic, Eco, and Standard just to name a few, while seeing the impact of the brightness and context of what you're watching. The response time with this TV is crazy good with the remote or even your phone. It's awesome in gaming mode as well when playing on the TV. This TV is just amazing for its price.

I am 79 yrs old a d reading T V screen can be tough sometimes. I sit at the far end of the room and don't miss a thing. Also the sound is great. The color tones and contrast are excellent as well, as the TV has settings to adjust picture clarity and the picture mode to make colors and details pop more. Great TV, would buy again.

I really enjoy this tv, it is way faster than my previous tv that I had, it has a nice bright screen so I can see everything clearly and is not washed out in my opinion, the colors look really nice and mix well together. Definitely a great purchase and will continue to get samsung tvs!
