[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am highly doubtful in this TV because it has only one place to hook up accessories. I can't use my DVD player, my Roku or my soundbar ect. Highly dissatisfied. If you can tell me how I can use my devices I would appreciate it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this as a replacement for my old Panasonic plasma. Was surprised at how the clarity and brightness almost seemed to match my old plasma. Better brightness and depth of picture. Biggest issue was the slow response for channels especially when signal was weak, and buffering can be a problem when you are living in a rural area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this T.V. except the remote. My remote is very small and thin and hard to push the buttons without hitting all the buttons. Changing channels with this remote is a pain turning the volume up or down all of it is a pain. The T.V. by its self is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Software update failed at least 25 times. Finally worked after a couple of months. After update color was fine. Before it was lime green on any shade of green. Working ok now. It sometimes loses connection to my Samsung soundbar. Have to turn everything off, forget the soundbar and then reconnect. Have done that maybe 5 times. It's been an adventure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The view of Samsung is great my colors are vibrant, the brightness is clear I can adjust my contrast as desired when I need to upscaling is available and the picture is always responsive when I make need adjustments. I love my Samsung display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buyer Beware. Worst TV I have ever purchased. Samsung has always been reliable but this TV is absolutely terrible. When one app has an update none of the other apps will work until you restart the system. I have had to factory reset the TV in order to get apps to work properly. I am sad to see the quality of Samsung decline.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children gave me a 65 inch Samsung for Christmas. It has an amazing picture--very clear and sharp. The color is also really good, as is the sound. I am not really fond of the remote, though. The buttons have multi uses, and I think that having more buttons with each having less functions would be better. So many times I have muted the sound while trying to make it louder or softer.

What a difference in brightness, crispness, vibrancy and contrast. I was blown away to the point of wondering if something was wrong with my glasses. No, it was the quality difference from my old tv and this Samsung tv model. What an upgrade! The remote is super easy to use and I love that everything is right there once I turn it on. I purchased the sound bar and woofer set to match and now I am watching more and more movies comfortably at home. I love Samsung products and always recommend them.

I certainly didn't expect it to look even better once it was set up in my house. The sharpness and contrast of images on the screen were even better than I remembered from the store display. Overall, the picture quality is very friendly to old eyes. Even though the tv's capabilities far exceed my tech abilities, I love the way the tv tries to help you out with little prompts that almost seem like it's guessing what I might be trying to do. That helps! I especially love watching movies and sports. The screen ration options work great dialing in the action close to feeling real. Pair this tv with a comfortable chair and enjoy.
