Bought October 2025, had two TV techs from my internet provider between Oct 2025 & June 2026. They got it to get WiFi signal, but I still can't get it to load streaming apps. Just viewing apps….no games, etc. So, it's still a dead TV. Have scheduled a pickup of this piece of trash for disposal. And please….I own 3 smart TVs but never encountered these problems. I tell everybody I encounter not to buy Samsung TVs. AND, why you need me to repeat my email address. It is registered with you & you used it to send this email? See what I mean about convoluted!?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the tv looks amazing its very sleek a clean its not chunky or bulky wich is good now moving on to what matters the screen it is by far the best screen quality tv i have ever had in my life and all of the features the tv comes with sells the cake my favorite is all the gaming platforms that you can play straight from your samsung tv like amazon luna or xbox or some normal indie games from the store samsung tv + is awsome plenty of shows movies and songs to listen and watch FOR FREE! no more paying for cable now ill move on to the cons theres not much but definitely some first of all when actually trying to play a game the tv might bug and glitch but once loaded in your fine and thats realy all the cons there is to it i love my samsung tv so much.

I have been waiting for a month for any kind of warranty service. After talking to warranty reps it is going to be atleast another 2 weeks before I will have a working tv. Not sure if I will buy another Samsung TV after dealing with rude reps and such a long wait for warranty work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im very found of the TVs size slim but still has very vibrant colors and beautiful picture quality. I use it primarily for gaming on my PS5 and its definitely an upgrade from using my previous monitor. The contrast settings are definitely an improvement from my previous TV as well, the TV is plenty bright and the resolution settings for my ps5 are used to their full potential. Im quite impressed with the security of the TV as well as my previous samsung tv would often get people trying to connect to it I don't have that issue with the new one. I highly recommend this model as an entry level UHD TV perfect for small rooms and living rooms

It even has an experimental ai search feature when you open the smarthings remote app for the tv it has an Ai button that triggers it. It shows the actors and related shows to what's on the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how my shows look on the TV. The brightness is amazing and I love the way the color looks. The contrast is just right. When I speak to the TV, its responsiveness is speedy. And whenever I connect it to my phone, the upscaling is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've purchased 2 Samsung Tv's in the past 7 years. Both 55inch I believe. I can't recall for sure. Maybe 65inch. My first Samsung started shutting on and off after the power would go out. Or I would turn the TV off. I dealt with that for over a year. I ended up having to leave the TV on all the time. After the last time my son accidentally turned it off and having to leave it off for a week before it would come back on and stay on, I purchased my second one. Now I have one in my bedroom and one in my living room. They are probably the cheapest ones. But I would love to go hugh quality. Even though the picture is good on the ones I have. I love the smart option with all the apps for streaming. I also just learned about Samsung plus tv! I can't believe after 7 years I discovered this! I canceled cable tv and only watch Samsung plus and streaming services. I love all the channels!
