The buttons are so small that I either can't see which one I need or I end up with "fat fingers" hitting the wrong button. I ended up having to order a universal remote that had less buttons and was easier to use. Also, I did not realize that I would not have the talk/microphone option with this TV as I did with my old one. Probably was my fault as I didn't pay as much attention to the specs as I should have when I ordered it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall nice monitor. It does have issues. Seems the wifi card installed doesnt seem to keep up or the internal software is impairing. Seems to have a bit of lag with certain apps that have low cache. Example, Netflix works great but as we all know Netflix will work great with the worst connectivity. However the Spectrum app is horrible 😫. Why is it that when the monitor is unplugged it looses settings. Example- power off timer that i like to set for everyday at 2AM.

We dont watch it much bcuz we're a very active family, but when we do have the time, it's our favorite. If i have to find something negative about it, which isn't much of a negative anyway, i would have to say the glare I get from our front window. But I knew that before I bought it. I don't like to watch my TV in direct sunlight anyway. Its still an awesome TV!

Beautiful contrast with nice, sharp edges.Bright enough to see everything but not so bright as to blind me. Beautiful colors. The user interface was different than I was used to, but it's getting easier as I use it. UHD resolution help everything look crisp.
