[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv has a crystal clear screen, stunning colors, and great contrast. The brightness is good, but imo tends to be a bit overwhelming in very dark rooms or night time viewing, however on the flip the brightness is great for well lit rooms, as it poswers through even 5k overhead lights. The resolution is great, and can be used as a computer monitor but the frame rate functionality is lacking and difficult to leverage even with a GeForce graphics card. The Samsung interface is my favorite of all the interfaces I have ever used and the interface processing speed is on point. Makes for watch movies or tv shows easy. There is a plethora of apps for you to leverage and they do a great job at keeping them updated. Overall this is a great TV with great visuals and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the outstanding crystal clear resolution, and the colors are all so vibrant. Blacks are blacker than I've seen before, so contrast is good... Brightness leaves something to be desired. Interace feels clunky but gets the job done.

The ambient lighting in our room make the color and brightness of the TV pop. The controls are very easy to use the software in the TV. Not sure I can speak to the contrast of the TV as it replaces another Samsung TV that was many years old and it had great contrast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only does Samsung create a beautiful, quality tv, but the picture is incredible…the company stands behind its product because this was a replacement version of two previous models…the first one's LED'S went out, so they sent me another, giving me full value of the first one that was defective…then it also began to act up with blobs of darker LED's among the white background…again, they gave me full value toward purchase of an upgraded model I now own. Few companies stand as firmly behind their product as Samsung does‼️👍🏻

They are an easy choice when compared side by side with other brands and they are affordable and extremely reliable. I was really excited to get a Samsung TV. I have purchased Samsung phones for years and they have always been great and I expected the same for the TV. The distortion on my streaming apps is horrible. I have to wait for the TV to adjust automatically. Right now I'm looking at one of my favorite shows on my IPad because the TV picture quality is horrible. I've adjusted settings and reset to factory but nothing works. I have a big screen LG TV that's over 10 years old and it still has spot on HD clarity. I will definitely have to buy another brand and give this one away. Just so disappointed.

You know the remote with 42 buttons on something the size of a Snickers candy bar. My arthritis ravaged fingers have a real hard time working it. It REALLY sucks.
