Bold, clear color and sound

Bigger than expected but such a great tv. Picture quality is good and couldn't beat the price.

This TV performs very well so far. I had a old Samsung Soundbar and it made it sound way better than it did before with an older Samsung model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is beautiful but the speakers are not so I bought a soundbar. The settings and home screen are not easy to use. There's no optical port to connect the soundbar. Overall the picture makes it worth it all.

I was really excited to get a Samsung TV. I have purchased Samsung phones for years and they have always been great and I expected the same for the TV. The distortion on my streaming apps is horrible. I have to wait for the TV to adjust automatically. Right now I'm looking at one of my favorite shows on my IPad because the TV picture quality is horrible. I've adjusted settings and reset to factory but nothing works. I have a big screen LG TV that's over 10 years old and it still has spot on HD clarity. I will definitely have to buy another brand and give this one away. Just so disappointed.

When I opened it I saw that it was used, has scratches on the back and when I bought it, I was told it was new
