Great picture, horrible sound quality! The sound is absolutely horrible, I am not sure if there is something wrong with my tv or if the product is just that bad, I would never buy another Samsung TV again because of this. I have gone through the settings and nothing helps. I tried a sound bar to eliminate the use of the sound from the tv itself but the words do not match the picture, absolutely worst sound quality of any electronic device i have ever owned. It is "Twangy" and extremely noticeable when music plays especially, horrible and disappointed.

This Sansung Smart TV may be smarter than me when it comes to technology, but it has helped me many times when I was baffled on how to use it. I fell like a pro, using the channel changer. I don't even have to look at the buttons anymore. The colors are so vivid, I feel like I am looking at real life and not a screen. When I have a problem with something, it guides me on what to do.

The brightness and contrast was easy to adjust to my preferences for watching tv and I highly recommend this as a buy.

The CPU isn't nearly powerful enough making the TV really slow and laggy. The speakers are also inadequate. When I turn on the air conditioner, I have to turn the TV volume all the way up to 100, and I still can't hear it well. I added 2 good quality external speakers, and the TV's CPU isn't powerful enough to power them. They just sound choppy. To say my Samsung TV is a disappointment is an understatement. When I bought it, I didn't realize I was getting ripped off, but that's what happened. My TV is garbage!

The Brightness can be adjusted to your likeness which I love . Adding Goggle to the Television with the added Security and password make it great processing Apps and Downloading Movies. Overall I Highly Recommend this Television a lot of add features and the Quality of the Product itself

Samsung TVs continue to improve which each upgraded version. I have one in every room! My QLED 4K has an amazing vibrant color. The contrast and brightness gives makes what you're watching more like an experience.

Great TV but the remote was of the same model from many years ago. Remote operation has so much latency and is lagging when clicked and not sharp enough to control the TV. New TV remote and better remote buttons could be a killer combo. Loading times could be better, performance is not up to mark.

Down side is the glare from lights is awful and the voice remote with Bing is trash. But the remote its slef is quick and responsive. And the sound quality without a sound bar is pretty great!

The tv is great. Great picture and sound. The remote sucks! Buttons are not responsive even with fresh batteries pointed right at t.v. You have to press repeatedly. Nevermind trying to use the guide as you have to go channel by channel with no page up or down option. I avoid watching anything other than YouTube out of frustration with the remote.
