Samsung TV Plus is wonderful cable option...definitely use it more than I thought I would. It has commercials you can't fast forward toward wow what a blast from the past. The picture is amazing quality although there are 4 lines that run vertically thru the TV they are hardly noticeable and do not obstruct or distract your view. I am not sure how it happened could have been moving it from one room to another it is quite heavy and big. All in all pretty happy with my purchase video game mode and movie modes activate on their own bc it knows which you are doing so smart!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the picture is good! after first receiving the sound kept going off and have to turn the tv off and on to get back . Now the picture keeps going out and coming back on. Not sure what is going on with it. I thought maybe internet connection but other Tv's in the house work fine. Any idea what could be wrong?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised how great this picture is both in clarity and contrast. The colors and brightness are the best compaired to other models I've tried. The only complaint I have is that you can only download apps approved by Samsung and they seem to be missing a lot. My own tv carrier: WKTV is not an option and I only stream with them so the tv is useless for that app. They do not have any way to request the app be approved. To use any other apps, you would need a separate product to plug into tv to download to; similar to the Amazon Fire Stick.

Surprising consideri6we have it connected via wireless router. So the wifi connection is also great. The functions that it has has allowed me to have the picture quality we like. The ease of use makes it easy to be able to bring out all of its qualities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The resolution is not clear. In the store, it looked very sharp, but when I took it out of the box, it wasn't as clear as it was in the store. Is this a trick to steal our money? It's a lie. Shame on them. Also, the remote is very poor, with a very clumsy and awkward design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement due to being inadvertently damaged. This is by far the greatest TV I have ever purchased. The picture is vibrant, clear,and the resolution is great. Very user friendly. Would recommend for purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new Samsung 85" TV, however, I do not like the remote. The buttons are so small that I either can't see which one I need or I end up with "fat fingers" hitting the wrong button. I ended up having to order a universal remote that had less buttons and was easier to use. Also, I did not realize that I would not have the talk/microphone option with this TV as I did with my old one. Probably was my fault as I didn't pay as much attention to the specs as I should have when I ordered it.
