[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fabric softner. I pour a little in with my laundry and it does a great job of keeping my clothes soft. I love that it gets rid of odors. I hate when I do a load of laundry and the clothes come out smelling like nothing. I love that this makes them come out smelling very fresh and clean without being too overpowering.

This is just what I needed to get out the odors from my son’s workout clothes. Today was my first use and it seemed to take all the odors out! But like the other reviews- this bottle isn’t a good design. I have a top load machine and the fabric softener dispenser is in the middle on top of the agitator and there was no way to pour from the container directly into the dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so glad I tried the Downy Rinse and Refresh. It helps fight strong odors. I like using this product on my partners work clothes. He works in a car manufacturing plant and sometimes his clothes would not seem fresh. I haven’t had that problem since using this product. It has a long lasting fragrance and last. I would recommend.

Nowhere on the label is it made clear how much of the product should be used. “Filling the fabric softener dispenser…” Well, my machine doesn’t have one! Should I use a teaspoon? A tablespoon? A cup? The whole bottle? Tried scanning the code, but that didn’t work either. Ridiculous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added the downy rinse and refresh to my laundry where you’d normally add the fabric softener. When I took my clothes out of the wash they smelled clean and refreshing. Even after the dryer and time sitting in the laundry basket, they still had the fresh scent to them. This is definitely needed in my house where laundry sits for sometime before it gets put away.

The sheets were soft, they smelled nice, but general detergent and dryer sheets do the same. I do not love that it is a liquid and it is just one more thing to add to your wash cycle. Overall, meh - not bad but not sure I would use it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough good things about this product. It smells so good for one. And for two it's a sanitizer too. Use it like fabric softener. I've noticed a difference in my laundry. This stuff cleans and sanitizer without leaving stains like fabric softener does. I'll be buying more very soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new downy fabric softener is amazing. I love using it. My clothes are fresh and smell amazing. No static so really no need for dryer sheets. I just love how it smells when you wear your clothes just like they came out the dryer right then.
