The odor would not always come out and still had a slight smell that lingered. I decided to use the Downy Rinse and it help with the odor the very first wash. My son immediately noticed the difference after picking it up to put them on. He loves the cool cotton smell. I even use it on my cleaning rags and I am very pleased and excited that they are fresh smelling. I feel that is a plus when cleaning my houses. This is a great product in my opinion!

It’s made my clothes smell really good it’s has a light clean scent. It’s got my husband‘s work clothes smelling good. It works really good on my towels they smell nice and clean. And they very soft. Definitely recommend.

I love that it gets rid of odors. I hate when I do a load of laundry and the clothes come out smelling like nothing. I love that this makes them come out smelling very fresh and clean without being too overpowering.

The fragrance is really pleasant without being overpowering, and the laundry came out of the dryer really soft. I will definitely add this to my laundry regimen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew this product existed so when I saw it i had to try it. I have a potty training toddler, who uses cloth diapers for naps and sleeptime and in public so things can get a little stinky with that. However I used the rinse and fresh as directed on the back of the container and I can not begin to tell you how pleased I am. The scent is great and noticable. Easy usage and love it.

This is a great product, my laundry has softened up a bit and smells nice. However, the bottle needs to be designed like a small bottle of detergent. A bottle with the handle and measuring cup. When you pick up this bottle, all of the liquid is squeezed to the top, so it's hard to hold it while trying to pour the liquid into a measuring cup or even the cap.

I used a different type of refresh for my towels but this is way better. I used it on my son’s work shirt’s and he said he liked the way they had a different type of smell. There really isn’t a con.
