[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really loving this Downy Rinse and Refresh! My clothes smell wonderful and they are very soft. I like this clear liquid much better than the clear packs of fabric softener. This dissolves much better and doesn’t stain my clothes.

It not over powering it had a nice breezy sweet which I loved.

The scent is not too strong in the sense of being overwhelming but it’s strong enough to seep into the material and make a difference! A little bit goes a long way too which makes it have added value. I would highly recommend using this with all loads of laundry but especially towels and sheets for sure!

It doesn’t soften as well as my regular softener and it doesn’t smell. I love my towels to feel soft and smell fresh and clean, this doesn’t do it. I love Downy products but not this one. I would say try it if you don’t want that fabric softener smell. But as for me I will stick to my Downy fabric softener.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Downy Rinse and Refresh smells amazing and left my husbands stinky work clothing smelling amazing. I’ve been searching for a product that would eliminate the oil scent in his work clothing and I have finally found it. I’ll definitely be repurchasing this product and recommending it to others.

Delughtful additive, but pouring straight is a nightmare. bottle is heavy and too wide to grip, the opening is huge so it just pours out of control, lid is tiny so it's hard to fill when you do get it filled, you pour into the load and put the lid back on,then it all drips all down the sides. oiliest, crustiest, slipperiest, mess! we have spilled it several times!Change container!

The instructions say it is easier to use but there is no way to measure the product? Am I getting enough is it too less? No idea. Which makes me feel like I’m wasting the product. And for the price I want to save as much of it as I can. Dissatisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this with 3 loads. When comparing the softness of these loads vs others I see no difference. I also expected these loads to smell fresher because it reduces odor and I saw no difference there as well. However, I did like that it was more of a water consistence than a gel like other fabric softeners.
