[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say it’s the first time I have ever looked forward to waking up for work, just knowing I’ll have an awesome cup of coffee waiting for me has changed my morning routine. I love my new coffee machine.

This is my 3rd Vertuo machine and I hate it. The biggest problem is how difficult it is to close properly - you have to push down hard and twist withough shoving the machine across the counter. Other problems include how little water the tank holds and how few capsules can be collected before requiring disposal. The amount of coffee produced varies from cup to cup (despite using the same type of capsule) as well. I regret this purchase and have switched to making regular brewed coffee.

Whoever designed this has to have intended it to be the most infuriating and annoying descale process possible. It’s literally comical how arbitrary the process steps seem (close the lid, open it and touch the lever twice, rotate lever but do not latch. Say “descale” and pray to nespresso gods) and how the machine just seems to decide on a whim to suddenly work its way on to the next step in the process. Every time I make one of these stupid purchases I am reminded how completely intentionally planned obsolescence is worked into the product so that you will buy another unit. Because the world is full of people that will simply give up on descaling and buy another unit when this one doesn’t work anymore. I just spent an hour screaming and cursing at this stupid unit because I was dumb enough to think “oh I’ll descale my coffee machines while I clean” on a hot summer day. My neighbors probably think I am in a COD lobby talking to a troll named “d_scale”. Thank you Nespresso for making this hot summer day that much worse. And Hooray for late stage capitalism and consumerism.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are undergoing a major kitchen remodel, and there won’t be as much countertop space for making coffee. I decided a machine with a smaller profile would do the trick, and this one is PERFECT. Easy to use, looks great, and the coffee is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my espresso pop Plus. It makes the best tasting coffee. I am enjoying it every day. It is small and fits very well in my kitchen and makes the great taste in coffee. I will be ordering more coffee in the future.

My morning coffee is amazing because of this coffee maker! I love all the options in flavors and really like how sleek it looks on my counter. Easy to clean and set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my nespresso for a little over 2 weeks now & LOVE IT! Beats a coffee shop coffee everytime

Best coffee maker I’ve had! I have a we that I use depending on what I am looking for but this maker is the best for convenience. It is easy to use and set up, great packaging and not as loud as my other maker

The milk frother makes the most delecious and foamy milk !!! I usually use almond milk and it works perfectly for my morning coffee routine !! The assembly is very easy and it is lightweight you can transport it everywhere easily .
