I appreciate the ability to make a variety of coffees with it and that I can enjoy mug and espresso coffee with one machine. I bought this machine because I was surprised by the quality of the coffee compared to my Keurig. This machine is great for the mornings when I'm craving Starbucks level cofee, but don't have the time to make coffee from scratch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Vertuo Pop+ a few weeks ago. The coffee options are delicious! The brewing process with a froth on top makes it even better. The machine is a little loud which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.

Great machine

We literally bought this machine at Christmas. Never worked correctly and now 5 months later, the machine doesn't work at all. Not worth it. Very poor product. What a disappointment.
