Luxury in seconds

I was gifted this machine a week ago for my birthday! Let me tell you, this has really improved my morning routine. It brings me so much joy to see my husband bringing me a delicious, frothy, latte-like coffee in bed. We no longer have to wait a full 10 minutes for a pot to brew. So convenient, luxurious, and tasty!

Nespresso

I like the Nespresso Vertuo because it's quick, convenient, and consistently makes smooth, great-tasting coffee. Best Machine OUT THERE! I've tried them ALL.

I purchased this Pop Vertuo last year (2025) as a mother's present to myself. Let me just say this. Those who are giving it low star ratings aren't due to machine problems; it's user error! This machine provides 5 different size variations, allows for Bluetooth pairing thru a Nespresso app to modify the amount and flow for each pod size. Yes! It does that. I like my pods to give me a lil more extraction to get my money's worth. I also have a Delonghi Red (a collaboration between Delonghi & Nespresso), a Delonghi espresso machine, and a Keurig. But this little Pop Vertuo is my GO-TO every time! I come from coffee grower ancestry which means I have coffee beans in my blood! Best coffee machine out there! I've tried them all and did all the leg-work for you. Buy it! You're welcome! Read the manual and download the app so your coffee always tastes great. Also? Water matters! I only use natural spring water and distilled. It makes a hell of a difference. Know your coffee! Know your machine. Know what you're buying. If it isn't giving you frothy crema, extraordinary taste and full satisfaction, that's not a Nespresso issue. That's a “you” issue! Don't take it out on Nespresso and lower the ratings for the rest of us because you didn't take the time to know your machine and learn its potential. Thank you.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Vertuo Pop Plus! This is our first espresso maker, and everything has been as advertised. Even though it's one of the more affordable Vertuo machines, I haven't found any drawbacks. Making any drink is so quick and easy, and all of the coffees and espressos we have tried have been delicious. The only thing I noticed is that when adding warmed milk from the add-on frother, the temperature of the espresso seems to drop fairly quickly. But I guess that means I'm just sipping it too slowly! Still 5 stars.

Great Appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a Christmas gift. I love it! I have the matte black and it looks perfect along with my other kitchen appliances. The Vertuo Pop+ is very easy to use and I'm happy with the small size because it doesn't take up much counter space.

Very Finniky

I have had my Nespresso for a year and it worked good in the beginning, but now I am constantly having to fix it. When I open it the pod does not automatically go into the disposal anymore and I have to take it out. Every other day it starts making a noise and flashing red. I have ran rinse cycles like the directions have said and it will work for a day or two before it starts making a noise again. Very disappointed for the price I have paid for all these issues only after a year.

Missing nespresso voucher

My nespresso machine never came with the voucher!! I called and contacted nespresso and they never heard of a voucher included in a box from Sam's since 2022. Missed out on my $40 and 10 free pods very disappointed

Faulty

It has started leaking, and slightly bending the caps. I did troubleshooting with an agent over the phone, and it did resolve the issue for about 5 cups . The "cleaning" he talked me through isn't working now. Now I have a stockpile of coffee, and no way to make it.
