This was a complete set and a game changer for our coffee cravings. The rich flavors and smooth textures of our hot and cold brews are completely elevated. A perfect purchase for anyone in the market for an amazing espresso maker.

This machine is lovely. Makes a wonderful single coffee or single/double espresso. Coffee is wonderfully hot and the machine is fast.

With discounts and coupons deals, we switched to purchase it from Sam's Club.

My nespresso machine never came with the voucher!! I called and contacted nespresso and they never heard of a voucher included in a box from Sam’s since 2022. Missed out on my $40 and 10 free pods very disappointed

GOOD NEWS - This machine when it works makes good coffee, though not as hot as other machines I have tried. BAD NEWS- First machine I ordered on line came defective right out of the box and I had to return it, which Sams Club is very good with returning. The second I picked up in person at the store after I returned the original, only to find out that those $40 of free coffee coupon on first purchase and sweet vanilla coffee sleeve was "EXPIRED" according to Nespresso customer service. So if you buy it thinking you gonna save $40 and get a sleeve of sweet vanilla coffee ( a $15 value) then think again, because I soent 25 chatting with Nespresso customer service and 24 minutes on the phone only to be told that it is a SAM's CLUB COUPON and that it was expired and they could not honor it. Apparently, this is not true and sam's cliub manager at the Middletown, NY location explained to me that nowhere in the coupon code says that it is a sam's club coupon or that it is a partnership with Nespresso in any shape or form. So, long story short nespresso lied about the coupon and Sam's clib also does not honor it. I believe Nespresso is banking on the fact that people will still keep the machine even if you dont get your $40 when you try making your first purchase. That is false advertising and the machine is actually marjeted as machine plus coffee Voucher. It is shameful that they would do that and also Sam's club should not sell items from dishonest sellers who are only going to anger and disappoint their customers. I returned this machine twce and will not buy from them again.

No certificate for $40 coffee included and Sams has no help at all except to return the machine. I also called Nespresso directly and spent 1:15 of my time trying to get this. The agreed to give it to me and two weeks later and 4 more phone calls nothing. Others mentioned this same issue and same results. So either Sam’s has a theft problem or the product was produced without the certificate. Machine does work decent but doesn’t make really got coffee just more lukewarm.

In the last 2 years I have bought 2 of these pathetic Nespresso machines, both have stopped working. That's it, nothing exciting. It's a closed system that you can't repair, when it stops working you go through the trouble shooting methods of which there aren't many and then you wait. Maybe it will work tomorrow. That isn't the kind of coffee machine I want, one that works sometimes and then never. Whats worth is the $100 in coffee that I will now throw away because my only option is to buy another machine and hopes it lasts 9 months.
