I bought this machine 10 months ago (for personal use about 1-2x a day most days of the week). About 5 month into owning the machine, it started regularly malfunctioning (flashing red and sputtering out / not working after a few seconds of producing coffee). No amount of descaling or physically cleaning the machine corrected the issue. I encounter the same issue almost every time I use the machine. I have to constantly fiddle with it, un-plug it / re-plug it back in, and wipe down every component of the machine every time I try to use it in the hope it will produce coffee about 50% of the time. I will be replacing the machine with a different model as I was deeply dissatisfied with this purchase. I recommend NOT buying this model if you are debating between a few.

It’s incredibly easy to use, and I love having café-quality coffee at home in just a few minutes. The only downside is that it’s a little on the noisy side while brewing, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, the quality of the coffee more than makes up for it, and I would absolutely purchase it again. Highly recommend!

This is exactly what I was expecting from a Nespreso machine. It is easy to use and versatile. I like that it can be a full range of pod beverage sizes. It takes standard power and has been reliable for me for over a year. This machine is more compact than my first original vertuo machine. The only thing I would improve upon is that I think the bright color options look a little juvenile and cheap. I wish this were just black or chrome but otherwise I’m very happy. The drinks aren’t blazing hot but they are fast and tasty.

I hope they make them in a pod for this line soon. I’m still learning how to get the most out of the machine, using it to its fullest potential. So far so great!

I got this recently because my other nespresso machine stopped running. The first time I used this it blinked red. I unplugged and plugged it back and then it was fine. The coffee tastes like nothing. I tried a few different pods and changed it to smaller cup size but no change. It’s a shame because their coffee with my old machine was amazing. It just seems like they are purposely discontinuing the machines that worked and continued to last— to now making cheap models now that don’t even work properly.

Bought this two days ago. Directions are unclear: what is the red light, what does the blinking light mean, etc. Tried to set up an account in that app my store wasn't listed so now the app won't let me sign in. Hate Keurig because they break but at least it doesn't have these problems. Going to return the Nespresso screw this!
