I bought this machine a month ago and it has been working phenomenally. Its not too loud, its beautiful and has a very sleek design. I love coffee and I do like my ritual coffee puck prep but to be able to have a good espresso/coffee early in the morning without making too much noise and hassle, I highly recommend and cannot complain.

Unspeakable abomination of a machine - I have spent more time troubleshooting the meaningless red lights with a machine that refuses to function than actually making coffee with it. I have watched over a dozen YouTube videos and did every trouble shooting actions on the manual and cannot get the machine to work past the first 20 or so uses. The low price is truly justified.

I bought this for my wife's Christmas gift. It was used maybe 5 times and quit working. If I could have given it 0 stars, I would have. Invest a little more money for a better machine.
