I bought this for my wife's Christmas gift. It was used maybe 5 times and quit working. If I could have given it 0 stars, I would have. Invest a little more money for a better machine.

Machine works great and I’m very happy with it (so far). It is exactly what I needed and the frother is a nice add on. The price is great. The bad review is based off the $40 off coupon it claims to include (which is one of the reason I purchased). It doesn’t work and the coupon is invalid. I spent 1 hour on hold with nespresso trying to get the code to work. Not sure if it’s because it’s not sold directly from nespresso, but buyer beware the coupon code of $40 off next coffee order does not work and it’s a hassle to try and fight it and get the code!

Pros: Easy to operate and she LOVED the color! Cons: Not too sure about the cost of pods. Pricey for college students and single use hurts my heart for the environment. Overall, for the fun and convenience factor I'd still buy it. We shall see how much she uses it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a few weeks, and I love it. I can make espresso drinks or traditional cups of coffee. It's quick and easy. At first I didn't know if I'd like not being able to choose the cup size myself, but it actually makes it even simpler. I like that the pods go into a collection area to be dumped into the recycling bag later. There are so many different coffee options, too!

First I love the color I chose because this beautiful neutral beige goes perfectly in their bar in the basement in their newly renovated basement after suffering a massive flood and losing 80% of their belongings! I know my mom won’t have anything to say about the Nespresso machine staying in the counter since it’s so pretty and matches their downstairs perfectly! The coffee is perfect every time and it’s a great addition to the bar for lattes and even espresso martinis!
