Save yourself time and energy and find a other machine. I’ve gone through 2 of these machines in the last 6 months. They both ended up brewing coffee into the machine instead of my cup. Customer service is less than helpful and frankly, rude. I have wasted hours on the phone with them trying to sort things out with no luck. Not worth the time/energy/money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Nespresso machine last year and my dad loved it so much he mentioned wanting one so I bought him this one! First I love the color I chose because this beautiful neutral beige goes perfectly in their bar in the basement in their newly renovated basement after suffering a massive flood and losing 80% of their belongings! I know my mom won’t have anything to say about the Nespresso machine staying in the counter since it’s so pretty and matches their downstairs perfectly! The coffee is perfect every time and it’s a great addition to the bar for lattes and even espresso martinis!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine because I wanted an upgrade from my Keurig, but didn't have the budget or the patience for a manual espresso machine. Dialing in grind sizes, tamping, and mastering espresso technique just wasn't realistic for my daily routine, and this machine solved that dilemma. Speed & Convenience: Heats up almost instantly and brews a cup in under a minute. Flavor Exploration: Pod variety has made it fun to explore different roasts, origins, and drink sizes to figure out what I actually like. Design: Sleek look and is foolproof to operate. Great for good coffee without the steep learning curve, hefty price tag, or morning fuss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coffee machine. Love the color options and it brews really fast. I also like the hot/cold option. The only downside is the height limit. I like to use tumblers but it's too small for them. I like the small quaint style though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started buying Nespresso when I moved into my first college apartment and my life is changed. Nespresso makes having my morning fuel beyond easy, and the coffee is the best I’ve had. I don’t find myself craving to buy coffee on a day to day since I know the ones I can make at home are even better. I love going to the store and seeing the menu and deciding what pods I want to buy. From the pods flavors to design, they create a fun pocket of my life. Thanks Nespresso for making my college days more fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coffee. I have tried other brands of single cup brewers that produced weak/watery coffee. My Nespresso Vertuo Pop makes excellent boldly flavored coffee. I love that I can make different sized cups from espresso to a full 7ozs. It also makes great iced coffee. Its like having my own barista at home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace our classic Vertuo machine. I appreciate the concentrated iced feature (double click start) although I have yet to try if it is, indeed, more concentrated. The machine is more compact horizontally, but it is longer than the classic machine, which surprised me and the sleekness is still off-set by the water container off the back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying our replacement Nespresso POP so far. The first one we got began leaking incessantly from the legs and not dropping the pods to the bin after the first three months or less. Approx 13 each cup of the coffee brewed per pod went int the bin so we were emptying that into our cups each time. Love the look and the flavors available a Lot!!! Nespresso never disappoints with Flavor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was between a full espresso machine and a nespresso and am so happy with my choice! It’s easy to use, fast, has tons of options and makes a reliably satisfying drink every time! Currently obsessed with yuzu vanilla iced lattes! It’s been a big upgrade to my morning routine.
