good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is a entry model. Not a lot of bells and whistles on modern TV's. It looks good with a very thin frame. The brightness could be higher, but again, entry level. Being UHD is a plus but common place in modern displays. Being LCD in this range is not a problem, this probably will make it more resilient and safe to use in the long term.

The one and only, Samsung 👍❤️

Everyone in my family uses has a Samsung TV and a smart phone, except my wife, she is stubborn and thinks Apple iPhone is cooler 😑 But anyway, I can't imagine buying anything else than Samsung, especially TV or a mobile phone, smart watches, locator tags, to washing machine. I just love it. Since the beginning of 2000's till today the choice is always clear. I never trade in my older phones, I keep them, have huge collection. What Samsung does in the world of innovations, no other company can. Not even close! 🖥📱💻📷📹🥇🏆❤️

Decent for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture, easy to set up and pair with Amazon fire cube and remote. Sound quality is poor. We had to turn it up to 56 dcb for standard volume that most TV's would be at 12-16 dcb. We added an old sound bar which has helped. The back of the unit is rather fragile. We mounted this new TV to an existing wall mount and noticed how much the material flexed while attaching the brackets. We were afraid it may crack. Got it put up and beside the sound issues, it is a decent TV for the price.

It’s a big screen TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hate that the TV opens to the menu and can’t default to regular TV. And the channel it goes to is random. Had issues with a red screen periodically but not within the last month -? Upgrade issue? Otherwise works as a TV does.

While your U7900F TV may currently default to Samsung TV Plus when powered on, you can customize what your TV does at startup by adjusting the Start Screen Options. To do this, navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > Start Screen Option and choose from the following: 1. Start with Smart Hub Home – Automatically launches Smart Hub when the TV is turned on. You can enable or disable this option based on your preference. 2. Autorun Multi View Casting – If you cast YouTube content from your mobile device, the TV will automatically display the content using Multi View. 3. Autorun Multi View Mirroring – When you screen mirror your mobile device, Multi View will automatically open to show your device’s screen. If you experience issues with a red screen, please give us a call so we can better support you. Frustrated with set up

Gave this 1 star because set-up was very frustrating! 1st prob was could not set up without creating a Samsung account, Did not want to do that but required. Followed all on screen instructions which were wrong. Nothing worked until used QR. Once into set up process, most instructions were wrong of incomplete. On-line instructions for getting to items in settings were wrong - one step left out. Only got to settings by accident. Spent 1 to 1 1/2 hours each day over a one week period until I got what I wanted. Final frustration was TV lost the internet connection. It did not save the PW for my router - had to reenter. Took several tries - kept timing out cause I could not enter PW fast enough - 1st time I've ever been required to enter a PW quickly while setting up anything. Bottom line - I have not and will not recommend this TV to a friend - or anyone else for that matter. Done with Samsung if product has to be set up
