I previously only had bought Vizio TV's for the low price, but Samsung has won me over with value and exceptional quality. The picture and sound from my TV are amazing. Smooth motion and exceptional color and contrast. Set-up was so easy: power cord, 2 HDMI cables and it all worked at power on. The out of box configuration is almost spot on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first smart tv other than using at fire stick. The picture and resolution on this tv are beautiful. The picture is bright and very clear and clean. The install and setup was fairly simple. It is excellent for our Xbox and switch. The actual tv is very simple and matches any decor. If I had any minor complaints, it would be that the os is very restrictive as far as what we can install and use. I understand the security that is involved, but it would be nice if more apps were available. Even if it was “use at your own risk.” Overall we are very pleased with our choice of a Samsung smart tv and would definitely purchase another one the next time we are in the market.

The picture is great and most importantly to me the setup and operation of the menu is straightforward. No more. It took 'e several hours to get the ate set up and I am tech savvy. The complexity of the initial setup and ongoing menu is ridiculous. Next time I will buy an LG or anything else. What a shame.

Unfortunately, our model did not come with the voice command remote for easier search functions. The picture is great for anything we watch. The TV looks sleek on the wall with a low profile. The picture is bright but using the settings it adjusts nicely.

We are both elderly and had some problems in the past understanding and operating previous tvs. We did have to recruit a grandson (1 years old) to make sure we were doing it right, but it's very doable. It has a great picture with vivid color :). We have no problem streaming or finding a channel/program.
