My wife and I pet purchased for Samsung TVs for our vacation home, after first being introduced to one for our for our permanent home. The picture quality is good and we have had no issues with any of the five TVS we have purchased.

Bought October 2025, had two TV techs from my internet provider between Oct 2025 & June 2026. They got it to get WiFi signal, but I still can't get it to load streaming apps. Just viewing apps….no games, etc. So, it's still a dead TV. Have scheduled a pickup of this piece of trash for disposal. And please….I own 3 smart TVs but never encountered these problems. I tell everybody I encounter not to buy Samsung TVs. AND, why you need me to repeat my email address. It is registered with you & you used it to send this email? See what I mean about convoluted!?

I constantly have to mess with it to get it to work properley it contantly looses the sound settings in the middle of programs and you can't hear the show. It is often a nightmare to get the sound back. I have probably called support 50+ times, maybe many more. It also mucks up my Comcast connection on occasion. And it dosen't have enough HDMI ports making a sound bar very impractical if you want reliable sound. I tried in the past to get support to do something but never got any offers. I have all Samsung monitiors on my computers and love them, but you will have a very hard time getting me to buy another Samsung TV.
