The color is fully saturated, and the contrast is good. The 4K picture quality from my 4K Disc player is amazing.

It only comes with two HDMI ports (and one of them is being used for eARC for my subwoofer and there is no optical port for sound either) so you may run into issues if you have multiple gaming systems to plug in. I only have one so it isn't a problem for me. I works well for streaming video when connected to cellular internet solutions over wireless, but I still use the ethernet port just in case. It was easy to set up and most popular video apps are supported.

It was so good even my mom asked what tv is was and also wanted it! The brightness is the difference maker, due to some low brightness movies where you can't see anything due to the reflection of the sun, its a game changer. And the contrast on the colors makes everything blend together nicely with the upscale.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this 55” Samsung tv I believe in November 2025, I specifically asked for the most similar tv I had before. After hooking it up i realized that the sound is no longer available on my 2 speakers. This tv is missing an outlet to make that happen. Also the tv displays strange images that make no sense and I have to turn it off then on to make them disappear. I know it was a cheap tv but I've only had it for about 7 months, kind of disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have quite enjoyed our Samsung 55" Class Crystal UHD U7900FD Smart TV. We are both elderly and had some problems in the past understanding and operating previous tvs. We did have to recruit a grandson (1 years old) to make sure we were doing it right, but it's very doable. It has a great picture with vivid color :). We have no problem streaming or finding a channel/program.
